THE MACHINE IS HAVING FOLLOWING MAJOR SALIENT FEATURES : -

       This machine is built on GMP directives & robust construction.

·         All Contact parts of the machine is made from SS 316 Material.

·         Main Motor is fitted with center gear box system which minimizes wear & tears and noise level of the machine.

·         Main Motor is provided of standard make Bharat Bijalee / Crompton Greaves.

·         Main motor drive/ turret speed is controlled by AC variable frequency drive.

·         Special Grade Cast Iron is used for Turret.

·         Electro Less Nickel Plating is provided on Turret to improve life & prevent rusting of turret.

·         All upper guard is manufactured from Acrylic Sheet and self locking arrangement for fitting of Upper Guard.

·         Lower guard is made from SS 304 Material.

·         Needle Roller bearing is provided on bottom side of turret which helps free running of the turret.

·         Single Phase Preventer is provided to prevent reverse direction running of the machine.

·         Pre-compression Arrangement: The machine is provided with pre-compression arrangement as a standard features. Which enhance the compression capability of the machine in case of low density powder & reduce the capping problem in the tablets?

·         Upper Punch Penetration: The machine is provided with upper punch penetration as a standard features. Which allows tablet compression in the entire length of die? It also facilitates easy ejection of tablets in case of difficult granules.

·         Lubrication System:  Main Gear Box is enclosed type and duly emerged in lubrication oil. For lubrication of upper & lower pressure roll pin, pre compression pressure roller, fork & other moving parts grease nipples are provided. For upper punch lubrication oil cup is provided.

·         Electronic digital tablet counter cum rpm meter and cumulative output indicator is provided on the control panel.

·         All upper guard interlocks is provided as a safety function.

·         Force Feeder Assembly is provided optionally.
