 v  Basic Machine Complete with Heavy duty structure, Fresh air Inlet Air handling Unit, Heating System, Fluidization Unit chamber containing Lower sealing chamber,
v  One set of Product Bowl & trolley, Filter & Explosion chamber, Exhaust blower.
v  The inlet air can be heated up to 700C-750C through the heating chamber.
v  The Control cabinet Pneumatic & electric is installed within the production area.
v  The inlet AHU unit is made from SS. 304 material.
v  Manually operated Damper for inlet air volume control. (Optional – VFD)
v  The Product Container is of conical shape, having inspection window with Toughen glass & 24 X 110 Dutch weave mesh at the bottom of container.
v  The top section of the chamber contains the connecting flange for the Outlet air duct equipped with pneumatically operated actuator. The housing also contains the pneumatically operated reciprocating type cylinder used for Bag shaking of the filter bag at set interval.
